  • Green juicing. Green juicing provides great nerve pain relieve because it is a natural anti-inflammatory remedy that gets rid of the pain of damaged nerves without the side effects of other medications or treatments. You can juice broccoli, spinach, parsley, kale, celery, and cucumbers for a natural green smoothie. Actually, any green vegetable will make for a natural nerve pain relief.  Try to avoid caffeine, fast food, corn oils, sweets, flavors and artificial colors, although green tea is appropriate.  Green juicing also helps you get rid of any toxins that might be the cause of your nerve pain.
  • Capsaicin. This comes from red hot chili peppers.   • Ginger root.   • Feverfew. This has been used for many centuries to treat toothaches, stomach aches, and headaches.  It is used in today’s time to treat rheumatoid arthritis and migraines.  While more research needs to be done to prove its effectiveness as a pain reliever, you can safely take feverfew if your doctor recommends it and if you see a qualified herbalist before using this remedy.
  • Turmeric. This is a spice that is often used to reduce inflammation, relieve the pain of heartburn, and relieve the pain of arthritis. No one knows exactly how turmeric works for nerve pain relief but it may have something to do with the fact that it contains curcumin, which has natural anti-inflammatory properties.  Try putting turmeric in your recipes for natural nerve pain relief.  Long term use of turmeric, however, produces indigestion.  People who have gallstones should also avoid taking turmeric.
  • Devil’s Claw.
